The Cardiganshire Association for the Blind was founded in 1920 to provide a service for blind and partially sighted people in Cardiganshire. It has been renamed Cymdeithas Ceredigion i'r Deillion.

Over the years the services being offered have varied to meet the needs of the time.

All members of the Association are volunteers and membership is open, free of charge, to all who are interested in helping people with visual impairments.

We hold an Annual General Meeting at which Officers and an Executive Committee are elected. The Executive Committee meets quarterly and runs the day-to-day business of the Association.
