Results of RCOphth Workforce Census cause concerns
The Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth) has published the results from its 2022 workforce census, which reveal significant staff shortages in NHS ophthalmology services across the UK, which will continue to worsen in coming years without immediate action.
