Description: By using Specialist Employment Advisers, we're able to support people with sight &/or hearing loss, through a range of interventions tailored to the needs and circumstances of the individual. In partnership with Centre of Sign Sight Sound (COS), Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind (MTIB), and Agoriad Cyf, ELITE's role in JobSense is to work with jobseekers who have sight &/or hearing loss. We also work with employers to enable their ability to recruit from a diverse workforce inclusively.
