Description: Throughout the years three schemes have run in parallel: The Talking Books (from 1979), the Carmarthen Talking Newspaper (1976) and Radio Glangwili (1972). Weekly editions of the newspaper are broadcast on Radio Glangwili together with monthly supplements in both languages.
