Wales Council for the Blind, with assistance from the Lloyds-TSB Foundation,
is now able to offer accessibility audits of web sites, conducted by its panel
of visually impaired computer users.
These audits are aimed at assisting organisations in making their web sites
more accessible to visitors with visual impairments. The first phase of the work
will focus on the web sites of voluntary organisations in Wales - either in
development or in need of reappraisal - and the initial audit shall be free of
charge.
So if your organisation would be interested in taking up this opportunity of
having its website road tested, please get in touch with: Richard Bowers, richard@wcb-ccd.org.uk,
for more information.
